Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new rate takes effect on your next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect after the current committed term completes.
What is the commitment period?
All plans have a 6-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime. This keeps our strategy aligned with your capital and avoids the churn that hurts performance.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial. We offer a 6-month commitment with transparent upfront terms so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Do you take a percentage of profits?
No. We charge a flat subscription only. A subscription model keeps our incentives aligned and stays within SEBI software-platform guidelines.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI on cards — all processed securely.
What brokers are supported?
Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, 5Paisa, and Fyers. Your Starter plan covers one broker. Pro covers two. Elite and Premium Personal include all five.
When is my billing date?
Your billing date is the day you activate your plan. For monthly plans, we charge on the same calendar day each month. For 6-month and annual plans, the prepaid term starts on activation day and renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for the 6-month minimum commitment period. If you cancel mid-term, you retain access until your committed period ends — no further charges after that. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I change plans during my term?
Yes — upgrades take effect on your next billing cycle with the new rate prorated. Downgrades take effect only after your current committed term completes. You cannot downgrade below the capital range your account is using.
What happens after 6 months — does it auto-renew?
Yes. After the 6-month commitment, your plan auto-renews at the same rate on the same monthly cycle. You can cancel any time after the commitment ends by revoking the broker API key from your dashboard and turning off auto-renewal in billing settings.
